- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Well done to everyone who has had their points.....
Hopefully that now means that they can start looking at other emails / accounts that should have had them first time around!
Wife and I both made 10 bookings with old accounts. I got 81k and wife has nothing. Emailed in and had response to say bear with us but that's it!

Forgot to add that someone stated on another site that the reason that they only got 81k rather than 90k was that the system logs you out after 20 minutes.
So I am assuming that I took longer than 20 minutes to book mine (which was why I only got 81k) and the wife must have booked all hers after 20 mins.....!!

Avios just posted (new account, only sent Passport & booking confirmations when requested, did not receive inconsistencies email).
Amazingly the redemption I had planned almost a month ago when the promotion first started was still available on the dates I wanted. Round trip business class BOS-MAD, plus a return trip MAD-SVQ that I'll use while in Spain for a total of $455. Can't beat that!

I think these are two different issues. Most partners need a round trip. At what step are you seeing an error for partner flights? The error I am getting is after the search results, when I attempt to select the individual flights and click "View" I get the following error, "An error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to please try again after a few minutes. If the error persists please contact us." Choosing the same flight in my kids account and then clicking "View" shows me the required number of avios.

Amazingly the flights I wanted was available too
I will have to purchase a separate positioning flight though unfortunately since the website wouldn't let me book connections with American airlines even though they showed up in the results

Incredibly my 90k just posted! I was not expecting this as I had booked 10 flights on consecutive days from OVD - MAD. I booked the flights for me and my mum and had both IB numbers in the confirmation emails. I sent my passport and confirmation emails about a week ago. My mum also sent her passport info and emails off and has only received the holding email.
This is where it could be complicated as I know the IB account for my mum had the wrong passport number added although all other info was correct. It may be that IB choose to say that the account was not valid. In this situation would they refund her share of the flights and split all 10 PNRs? I sort of think now I have mine then they should give her hers but who knows!!
That said I am pretty pleased with my 90k!

I had received the "info does not match" email after sending docs on July 3rd.
I reviewed my my account and noticed my day of birth was wrong. I challenged them on it as it didn't allow me to correct the day (but the month and year did work if I needed to). This seems like a website glitch from the signup page.
Today i I received the "forwarding to dept for credit" email.
Not that it means anything, but kinda surprised they're putting a timeframe on it by stating "following week". That and the fact they stopped rejecting people based on inconsistencies must be a good sign.
