- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

I redeemed some of my 90,000 on IB+ and some on BA
Not sure whether I should transfer some back to IB+ and book something before midnight to avoid problems...

Finally found a trip where there's actual availability. Need to top up the account by 2K Avios. But I cannot do it because Iberia has my DOB wrong on their site. So frustrated! I tried updating it on Chrome/IE regular/incognito, sent email to [email protected], sent DMs on Twitter, sent messages on Facebook. Just no response.
Any suggestions? I may be on the verge of losing 44K Avios

but what are the exciting twists to the story you are expecting? the worst that can happen is surely that they deduct some Avios from people's BAEC accounts?

Ended up pulling the trigger on 2x Royal Air Maroc R/T JCK-CMN Biz Tickets in June. Total Cost 100k Avios + 400EU in Taxes and Fees Each Tix
FWIW, I called the Spain Call Center, got through immediately and had a somewhat competent agent book the first ticket in about 45 mins. Then he told me he can only book 1 ticket per call and I had to call back for the second. Called back, got through immediately, and had an extremely competent agent finished in 15 mins. Might buy a lotto ticket hah, didn't have to call back 15 times.

I booked the wrong time for one of my flights, called back within the hour and was told to pound sand. Not the end of the world but frustrating to have the morning flight instead of the evening flight booked.
Any suggestions as what to do with my remaining 4K? I'm leaning towards rolling the dice and transferring to BA.

I keep getting the error "Unable to connect to the system Scorer" when trying to enter my credit card details on the co-pay screen.
