- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

A bit off-topic, but I think this thread is full of people less used to Iberia, so as a newbie too, I will make my observation here.

Update from my side: I haven't found any appealing use for my Avios, I don't travel on OW carriers typically and only generally book flights 4-6 weeks in advance, so wasn't finding anything worthwhile by December, enquired about full refund and forfeiting Avios, Iberia said ok, have received refund e-mails for 6 itineraries thus far. Avios have disappeared.
Given the exchange rate has moved in my favour (well in this regard, not generally, but 1 EUR is worth more to me now) I'm hoping i might gain a bit

If the Avios are needed for another booking which are immediately available, it is apparently possible to spend them straight away. Most employees will tell you it is not possible, but if required send me a message and I'll tell you the name of an employee you can ask for who allegedly can do this (week days only).

Finally got my 90k today......
I waited and waited and then emailed them copying in the executives as mentioned above. Told them that I would be reporting them to the Advertising Standards Authority if they didn't deliver within a few days. Hit my account within 18 hours.

Does anyone know what happens if we book an IB flight with these Avios then want to change the date AFTER december 1st?
I know they have to be used by December 1st, and can't be refunded after that, but will we able to change the date in say February / March next year for same route etc, assuming availability? Has anyone had this clarified by Iberia?
