- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Just tried to login and received "An error has occurred in the Login" message. Never had that before. Received email saying information is forwarded to the appropriate department a few days ago. Still waiting for my avios to post. Is that normal?

I am in the same situation. I've previously received 63,000 of the 90,0000 Avios due on a long-standing IB account (without chasing them). I've not had any problems logging in until this morning. Question is whether it's a general log in problem for all or whether IB have "suspended" my account after I emailed them asking for the missing 27,000 Avios? It's annoying as I was planning to make an Avios booking. I suppose I could try booking over the phone...

I am unable to log in either - get the same message "an error has occured in the login" . Interestingly I have received (and spent) my 90k so I am not sure why they would be locking my account. My booking is there when your retrieve with PNR and name. Perhaps they have a general login issue?

Curious: for those that are booking, did you book your flight after Dec 1st or did you book prior just in case they cancel anything booked with Avios after Dec 1st?
I know IB has tweeted that we can fly after Dec 1st, but there have been so many inconsistencies that I wanted to see what the general consensus was. Thanks!

Same here, I suspect that they are having a system failure, or, if I allow the cynical side of me to take over, I suspect that they're locking down redemptions/awards further and inadvertently, accidentally, locked our accounts.
Bit of a pinch, because I actually have been considering booking an award trip departing this Friday. Will keep trying

Same here, got 90k, got award ticket, none of the reservations including the award have been canceled

Hopefully just a system issue but it is really odd.
I also tried resetting PIN via app and got an "unexpected error" message.

I came to look here as I also cannot log in this morning. I got my 90k Avios on an old IB account, and have spent a chunk on flights and another chunk on car hire. Given the number affected, I imagine (hope !) that this is just the usual failure of an IAG system that will eventually be rectified.

Got another response today after emailing last weekend.
