There is now answer with 100 %, all dependds which aircraft they use that day.
If you see on your confirmation A 330, then YES, it is the new Biz class.
If they use a A 340-600, it can be, as of 17 airplanes already 9 have the new Biz class.
Ir they use that day a A 340-300, then you can be sure that it is the OLD Biz class. But as I am informed, only 3 or 4 A 340-300 are still used.
Hope that feedback helps.

Hi everyone,
Any idea what type of business class I can expect on an A340-500 or A340-200 ?
Iberia's booking engine says this is what I will fly in Dec 2014-Jan 2015 on the MAD-GRU route but those types of airplane are not listed on their website under their long-haul fleet.
(flight numbers are IB6821 & IB6820)
Thanks!

New biz seats
We enjoyed our seats from ord-mad in the new biz class seats. Comfortable enough to sleep which was great. We had 3 breakfasts on the way to Barcelona one from sfo-ord, then one upon landing from ord-mad, then another from mad-bcn. Only problem was our bag was delayed on the way but one arrived with us so we made do for a bit. The agent in BCN said it happens quite often.

By no means a bad product, but certainly not the new one.

Spellbound2 - This is IB6274, right? Preparing to fly in Apr 2015....all A340s should have new Biz by then, right?
