Tried using Cat4 certs on the app, but selecting them results in no availability despite standard rooms on available on pts.
I then tried on the hyatt mobile website and was able to choose pay my way and pay with pts and cat 4 cert for a two night stay. Hyatt IT keeps me on my toes. :p |

Is anyone else’s Hyatt app not loading the home screen and upcoming reservations? The rest of the app works fine though, just those 2 screens don’t load

Not sure if related, I've been unable to online check-in for a stay today. First attempt via the app crapped out at the final step and after that both app and the email link both say sorry, see the front desk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

Same issue. And it also now fails to auto load my leverage account number. Manually entering it each time is such a PITA.

Hyatt App Gone Haywire
In the past 24 hours I’ve received at least 150 Notifications that my (Hyatt) room is ready. Next reservation check-in in 3 days. Called MHC about 12 hours ago, after about 80 Notifications upon waking, was told they’re working on an app problem but this is first call mentioning a ton of incorrect Notifications. Anyone else today? |
checking rooms in Miami. no hotels show rates, any random date in May, June, July. same for Tampa.

App’s chat agent problems
Hi, has anyone realized that the helpfulness and knowledge of the agents on the app’s chat function differs greatly depending on the time you chat with them?
my last two interactions happened around 4-5am US EST as I was in Europe and both agents were super unaware of how to do simple things like add WOH membership number to existing upcoming reservation (the agent told me my stay is a PAST reservation so it cannot be done when the stay is for August!) and just three weeks ago, i wanted to get a completed redemption stay’s nights credited and another agent wanted to rebooked the hotel for new dates and deduct points! This was resolved easily when I used the twitter message function. I really wonder if these agents are even working and doing anything cos from my transcripts, i will pass information and the agent will type back “i’m still here”, and then follow-up with nonsensical responses like “As per checking here, this is a past stay. This means I have no option to attach your loyalty” (this is for a stay in Aug this year) or “Sorry, But i am unable to retrieve the reservation .Did you make your booking directly with Hyatt? If your reservation was made through a third party, please contact them directly.”. (This is for a redemption stay made through Hyatt app) and the below Me: No. Its a redemption so i dont earn points. I need to show that i have 3nights added to my stay this year, and the Me & All hotel brand box is checked on the Brand Explorer page Hyatt Agent: Yes I understand we need to do manually redeem the points so that it weill deduct to your account. |

Has anyone else noticed some of the previous year's stays don't show up on the mobile app? I see a few others but my January-feb stay isn't listed. Although the night count dose seem accurate.
