I do believe that there are other things noted in my Hyatt Folio which track my spend and stays. I have never made Concierge Key but I’m certainly up there on what I pay Hyatt every year and and a solid paid 60 -80 nights a year, spa usage and eating in house

Your history with the individual hotel -
Average Amount Spent
Average Room Type Booked
Average Room Type Allocated
Average Amount Comped for Dining (Glob)
History of Complaints, History of Positive Remarks by Hotel Staff and Management.
Same thing with all Hyatt Branded Hotels which spits out an internal rating.

benefits yes, but there is a difference in the sequence of e.g. assigning upgraded rooms on check-in and hence the possibility of getting an upgrade as a Glob obviously.

Do you have any proof that such a rating exists? it sounds like the AA helix score or Eagle rating. I was not aware that Hyatt has an actual internal rating like this. Has anyone ever tried to request this information using the California Consumer Privacy Act request or GDPR (Europe)?

I’m saying there is both, there is the Hyatt wide rating which is all notations and scores tallied up, then there is the individual property’s rating inclusive of all the aforementioned information.

I ALWAYS ask when checking in, "Does it say I'm P8? Does it? I have to be" I always get a laugh. I cant even remember if P8 was a thing, or if it was legend. I came here to post, last two times I've reached out to my Concierge, she was great and helpful. Maybe I'd get a little whiny if it was something I REALLY wanted, but other than that, whatever she can do. A KUDOS to my Concierge, without giving her name. :-)
