I also stayed in Buenos Aires at the same time as Mick Jagger. If it's good enough for Mick then who am I to argue...

Tokyo is great, but perhaps hasn't been updated as it should because some people go there because of the movie and want it to look the same.

Milan is also very good. Lovely breakfast IIRC.
Busan is/was just underrated among PHs. It's still a gem among Korean domestic luxury properties too. The problems are a penny pinching GM and a loss of quality in F&B.

I am also a big fan of the Park Hyatt brand, and I try to visit as many Park Hyatts as possible whenever I can.
Among the ones I've been to, my favorites are Saigon (Ho Chi Minh), Bangkok, and Vienna.
Park Hyatt Mallorca was also one of the best...I am very sad it left Hyatt.

This is tough. I've stayed at New York, Washington D.C., Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Melbourne and did tea at Buenos Aires. In all of these, have had at least a junior or one bedroom suite. Out of those, Sydney and Tokyo are my favorites with Shanghai in third due to the ridiculous views and feeling of being in the clouds. Park Hyatt is my favorite luxury chain hotel brand.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Buenos Aires. The palace building is stunning and they've treated me very well.

Paris and Tokyo also give me fond memories.

Definitely Buenos Aires. Great hotel, great location, unique with the palace and the courtyard.

Other PH I've been to have been high quality but nothing special. Tokyo was dated and i thought not as good an experience as the Andaz. Paris was fine but think the hype about "good redemption value" exceeds the actual quality of the hotel. Haven't been to the PH Chicago in many years but it also seems dated compared to the Peninsula across the street, as does the PH Washington. I've not heard good things about the Aviara.

I do want to visit Kyoto, Sydney, Melbourne, St. Kitts

PH Seoul

I like PH Seoul because as a Hyatt nobody, they honored my request for a specific room to capture these 2 images.

Yes, and of the posts above mine, one said that he/she stayed at the same time as Mick Jagger (but didn't otherwise praise the hotel) and someone else claimed to have tea at PH BsAs, but then failed to include in among the favorite PHs.
