What is taking so long? My requests in the past have always been processed within 1-2 days, messages to the Hyatt Concierge Twitter account receive a same day response. Now I’m waiting multiple days and still nothing. Does no one work there anymore?

Got through to live chat. They are saying 4-6 weeks due to “currently receiving a large number of forms”. And if your award space is gone by the time the points get deposited then you are just out of luck.

Guess I am very lucky, never taken more than about 3 days.

I transferred some recently to keep an account active and it was done in 1 day, but that was only 500 points, so they might have not needed to be reviewed closely?

Finally got my confirmation email yesterday - it took 2 weeks. As expected the stay I wanted to book was 125k and now it’s gone up to 141k

Still waiting. Live chat and customer support were useless. Forward the same submission with attachment last week and still waiting. |
Submitted 2 days ago, my concierge saw it and processed it at the same time she did my suite upgrade. Use your concierge! Mine has been great.
