The dedicated Hyatt points combine email is a godsend! Friend’s points combine request completed in less than 24 hrs (and on a weekend!). Might be faster than my concierge.

what!? Wow never seen it complete that fast. Always been several weeks for me.

Any recent data points on transfer times? I haven't had to wait more than about a week in the past but haven't transferred in probably 3 years.

Happened this week in 10 minutes, I kid you not.

It was between my wife and I, so not the first transfer between us. And obviously accounts were open for a long time.

I also cc'ed my concierge in the email, but she just let me know when she went to look at the request, someone had already done it.

Previously transfers were taking "days" for me.

Oh wow. Excellent. I’ll try this week then. It’s between two long-standing accounts with prior transfer.

How do you know when it's done? Do they e-mail either of the people, or do you just need to keep checking your account?

They reply back to the person that sent in the email request that the transfer has been done

anyone having trouble pulling up the Hyatt Combine Points PDF form? It's not loading on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.

Same. I also cannot load it from Chrome, Firefox, Safari.

Try again now? The link in your post didn't work for me either, earlier in the evening when I checked on my phone; now that I'm back home in front of my laptop though, it seems to be working (from both my laptop and my phone)

iPhone, iPad, Samsung Tablet, Desktop PC, all the same.

So on my phone, if I turn off wifi and use cellular, I get a blank page. If I connect to my wifi at home, it works. Earlier failed attempt was from wifi in a restaurant. This suggests a CDN issue, but anyway try a different network if you have access to one...

I was going to attach it here, except some FT "enhancement" seems to have removed the ability to attach non-image formats to posts anymore :rolleyes:

Maybe we can do an end run via the Internet Archive wayback machine? https://web.archive.org/web/20231201...st-Form-En.pdf

thanks for the look back… will this it instead.

Before was WiFi outside and/or Cellular.
now on home WiFi still doesn’t work.
