Data point: I sent a request to combine points on 5/22 and still nothing.

On day 10. Still waiting for my points to be combined.

It seems all over the place - the last transfer took just over 2 weeks for me.

If any of you are Globalist, please let your concierge do this for you. Just did it again last week. I download the form, fill it out, send a picture of it to my concierge and the points are in my account by the end of the day.

My concierge pushes me off and tells me to email [email protected]

Nope. Just a Explorists. And I’ve been waiting two weeks now. Still nothing.

Did you get an auto-response when you initially submitted the form?

I did. I guess I’ll submit it again.

Did you ever get your transfer processed?

Just transferred some points and it took 4 days. I have transferred in the past where it did not go through at all the first time. I have also had them put the points into the wrong persons account. It's a crap shoot on how long and where they go.

yes. I got it transferred 5/11. Submitted 4/22

Going on 8 days for a request. I am Globalist and sent an email to MHC but she never replied so I sent again to WoH generic email. Been 8 days since that email was acknowledged (thought that was a good sign but oh well).
