I meant on FT, although upon a quick google search some the posts I was recalling are pretty spread out (some are on this forum, some in the mLife thread in the gaming loyalty forum, some in the Citi forum b/c people were trying to piggyback the mLife tier discount with Prestige 4th night free, etc.).

Anywhere else other than Bellagio?
Yes, several properties allow Noir to check-in at VIP/RFBL facilities regardless of how the room was booked. Some even allow Plats and even Golds (IIRC Mirage), or at least they used to.

IIRC, Plat/Gold gets one discount (25%?) and Noir/Pearl gets a lower discount (15%?). Again, the smaller discount is not enough to get upset about; you gotta pay for the 'comped' limo somehow. And I'm sure the assumption is that a Noir's going to get comped his room anyway with gameplay.
The limo is only one perk of Noir, you also have VIP lounge and can get tickets to any MGM show/restaurant in town. (I recommend Picasso in Bellagio - Michelin 2 star at a reasonable price).
Yep and IMHO (just as you mentioned) the Limo benefit is the only noteworthy one when it comes to NOIR apart from being able to cut the lines. As far as upgrades go it's a total hit and miss. While in reality a NOIR is entitled to room upgrades it's unspecified what you're supposed to get and I usually have to put up a fight at the higher properties such as Mirage while the crappy ones like Luxor have always given me a suite (Excalibur gave me jacksh*t the time we met in Vegas - thank god I didn't stay there and just checked in).

Even with some basic gaming activity I never saw a comp offer, in that regard TR is much superior. And that MGM charges resort fees to NOIR is a complete joke.

Room upgrades now specifically stipulate "excluding suites," even for Noir. In addition, it now states VIP lounge is a benefit ONLY for Noir, and no longer a benefit for Platinum. Even before the change, Plats were never allowed access for VIP lounge in MGM or Bellagio, let alone for the B's CC.

As far as I see, except for the Shake Shake VIP line, there's no difference between Plats/Golds. Even TR now offers their Diamond match to Golds and higher.

PS - by VIP check in, I mean the lounge, the private room, and not the VIP line that anyone with a CC can get into.

The tier that gets access to VIP lounge has always been property-dependent. It is correct that Plats have never been granted VIP lounge access at Bellagio.

This thread made me remember to check my offers (as opposed to just logging in) -- am heading to Vegas for Pacquiao/Broner next Sat, and turns out I had comp nights at several properties -- was about to pay $500+ for Saturday alone, now just resort fee!

Just as a heads up, my last two comp stays in the last 30 days (Bellagio and Aria) have posted with points but no nights credit.

to be sure I understand correctly.
your nights were comped through m-life, but you received points with WOH (for incidentials I presume), but no night credit with WOH?

Absolutely correct. There have been reports here on FT of people getting night credits for comp stays in the past, but I guess not any more.

I tried to trick the system with a paid upgrade at check in, and it did not work.

I have had those stays always posted with all eligible nights when it is some sort of combination of comped nights (still paid resort fees) and paid nights. Most recently 3 comped nights followed by 2 paid nights posted in my WOH as 5 QN.
Did you have the entire stay comped? How about resort fees?

ADD: As recent as two weeks ago, it was.

HOLY MOLY! Thank you very much for posting this, Visconti!

I was matched MLife Gold to TR Plat last year, but now they're matching to Diamond! (see link below)
My wife and I love to have Thanksgiving dinner at the Bacchanal Buffet, but the only way to get in fairly quickly is if you're Seven Stars or Diamond. Even Plat will end up waiting more than an hour to be seated on Thanksgiving.

That is good to hear. For your last stay, on your folio, does it show as paid nights for 5 nights or 3 paid nights followed by 2 nights at just resort fees?

For my last two stays, they were comp’d on the room only with the resort fees still showing on the folio.

All good info. I should probably check out the Vegas forums. I'm probably not taking full advantage of TR Diamond & mlife Plat... I would also never have expected any night credit for a casino-comped night (as opposed to a points night) but now I know perhaps to tack on a paid weekday night after a comped weekend.

While I'm aware that most FT reports mention getting night credits for comp stays, I personally have never gotten credit for comp stays.

To be exact,
1st night $0 +resort fees
2nd night $0 +resort fees
3rd night $0 +resort fees
4th night Paid+ resort fees.
5th night Paid+ resort fees.

Reported to WOH acc as 5 QN.
