Lol I was at 31 nights and 600 base points earlier. I had a paid stay since then though, and I'm in the middle of another one, so I will be getting some base points this year. But everything was so expensive in the first half of the year it was all points bookings, mostly at 3+ cents per point redemption value. It's only recently that I'm seeing reasonable cash rates.

I guess the obvious answer would be if most those base points are from work/business stays?

I'm curious, given that you are already LT Globalist, is there a reason that you don't use points for a lot of your stays. Given the high number of base points you have implies a lot of paid stays, but if already LT Globalist it seems you are just "running up the score"

Many reasons one (probably not the most important) being that I was not LTG at the start of the year…
I would say probably 25-30 nights business paid for (not with an unlimited budget though…).

I am at 62 nights with 35000 base points. Will probably finish around 70 nights. I will finish with ~90 nights each on both Hilton and Marriot.
