$6k to go until GFL. I don’t think I’ve ever conversed directly with my concierge. Maybe an email or two. In fact I don’t think she’s ever touched base or initiated a conversation. Whenever I call it just goes to the next concierge avail. They are always helpful but i never receive any special treatment like premium suites using an SUA. Do you ask for that or is it offered proactively?

Offered proactively.
Great service again she managed (by contacting the hotel) to change a booking from 3 nights to 2 nights without repricing at the current much higher price as it should normally be the case.

I’ve had an absolutely fabulous MHC now a couple of years. A real gem and knowledgeable. Even got a surprise holiday gift from them delivered to the house!

i know it’s not everyone’s experience but they have definitely made me happier to keep GLOB and endure some HP El Paso and Vegas for the sake of staying brand loyal.

At about 200K/1M now in 5 years… no idea if I’ll ever get LTG but I’ll keep trying.

Just made Lifetime Globalist YEAH. Received a copy paste congrats email from my concierge. BOOOO. Just completed first stay since making LG... zippy received in recognition.

yep that’s pretty much where Hyatt is at today 🥺
there was a time when there was a fair effort in select hotels to go above and beyond with premium suites and added amenities for LT Globes
but now your lucky to get full breakfast or a club that offers a reasonable quality & selection
I still divide my business with a variety of other programs as Hyatt works to alienate some of its most loyal guests
I don’t recognize Hyatt from the corporate side anymore or even what their cost cutting strategy has in store.
But what does matter and some may agree is our end user experience
