yep that’s pretty much where Hyatt is at today 🥺
there was a time when there was a fair effort in select hotels to go above and beyond with premium suites and added amenities for LT Globes
but now your lucky to get full breakfast or a club that offers a reasonable quality & selection
I still divide my business with a variety of other programs as Hyatt works to alienate some of its most loyal guests
I don’t recognize Hyatt from the corporate side anymore or even what their cost cutting strategy has in store.
But what does matter and some may agree is our end user experience
