I am still working toward my lifetime Globalist. I have lifetime Titanium with Marriott which is underwhelming but Marriott has such good coverage I still end up staying there some times. I generally prefer Hyatt and it takes work to get my 60 nights each year so I try to stay at Hyatt when I can. Have been Diamond with Hilton also. Hyatt is the best of those three in my experience. I still got a ways to go for my lifetime Globalist status though.

And lately, I guess to celebrate the recent openings of the Park Hyatt and Regency Kuala Lumpur, Hyatt is offering new members 3x the points. Uhm... even as Globalist, my 30% bonus to my total is less than what newbies are getting. How is this fair?

I assume you're joking, but the answer is likely NO. We know spend at the spa does not earn base points as it is not operated by the property and items in this package, such as air transportation, are provided by other outside vendors which also wouldn't earn points.
Of course, if one is willing and able to drop $200k (presumably plus taxes and fees) for 12 nights here, asking for and receiving LTG is probably not out of the question.

And the real irony is, if you're willing to do that package even once, you probably really don't care at all about Globalist - annually or lifetime.

I can see someone with that kind of money still caring as a long-term investment. It's not quite the same thing, but it puts me in mind of the AAirpass offers in the late 1980s - if you've got the disposable cash at a given moment, buying into lifetime status where it is possible to do so might not seem utterly nuts. Honestly, presuming they weren't skewing towards being spendthrifts, if I had kids and the resources to handle the spend for it (note that I have neither), I'd be strongly tempted to just "buy" elite status for them at their 18th birthday (heck, if it wasn't for the "must be 18 to join", doing it right after they were born would be a logical move to someone with the resources to do so).

In order to track our path to LTG we need to track the monthly Account Summary in the email we get. Anyone else NOT get the Account Summary email this month? Usually it arrive the last day of the month or first day of the subsequent month. Checked spam already.

Just made it after 8 years of heavy consulting travel. Feeling thrilled and didn’t realize I’ll get a bunch of SUAs and a Cat7 even though I reached globalist this year. Feels great not to be stressing about 60 nights anymore.

MHC has regressed big time, I used to talk mail my MHC all the time and would even share a Holiday gift to say thank you. Do you ever hear from your dedicated Concierge anymore? Much slower response times and rarely from my dedicated concierge.

I am down to my last $20k spend to get LTG, hopefully this is done next year.

I disagree.
MHC is still doing the same amazing job as always (eg and on top of the basics getting me upgrade to premium suites when using a SUA or refunds or non refundable rates…).

I do get mine monthly but they are always very out of date i.e. at least a month behind of points accumulated and nights
