I am considering booking an Andaz hotel through Visa Signature Luxury hotel collection. The rate is called, "Visa Premium Card Rate." Am I still eligible for earning the Hyatt Gold Passport points? I am most concerned whether these stays will count towards the "More Points More Play Promotion" this fall. Did anyone ever book with Visa Signature Luxury hotel collection and get points?

Hyatt Regency Washington/Capitol Hill - $79.20/night
Seeing this in Washington DC for up to 11 nights, might be useful for anybody in the area trying for the last 20-25k points:
Hyatt Regency Washington/Capitol Hill - $79.20/night (advanced purchase)
Nov 19-30 (11 nights max, less also possible)
Offer Code: WNTR (Winter Sale)
Very low price for this hotel, and for so many consecutive days. Please confirm this is an eligible rate prior to booking. (Should be, since this is directly on Hyatt.com) With a stay this long, might also be interesting to apply a couple DSUs.
BTW, COSTCO rate for same date range is $89.10, but with 48hr cancellation.
More info:
Promo was found on Hyatt.com. Details here: https://washingtondc.regency.hyatt.c...ferId=58803704

Just hit 25 nights apparently as my 25k points posted. Oddly, the count only makes sense if my 1 night award stay at the Andaz West Hollywood counted, which according to my account, it did (I got night and stay credit for it for some reason). I still have more nights booked before the end of the promo, so I don't feel like its cheating, just a bit odd.

So you want to spend money on two nights you don't need to earn 10k points, which earn you two nights at a cat 1 hotel? Doesn't seem worth it.

So true ..... I will be hitting 22 nights and the math did not work out for me to purchase 3 additional nights to hit 25K. This is a great promotion .... I hope they do it again in the first quarter ....

I would ONLY do it if you knew you still needed to do 2+ mattress runs this year. Otherwise, it's not worth it. I plan to do 1 mattress run this weekend because I know I need it and I'm only 1 stay from getting the bonus.

I just hit my 15 nights this past weekend. After 14 nights of biz travel I did a nice little MR this past Friday night to hit 15. It was well worth it to spend 6K and $75 to earn the 15k bonus plus 4500 points for the night between spend, amenity and rc club closure bonus.
