below a pic from the GH 19th floor
The shopping center at the PH has been open for a long time.

Will be in Bangkok in September 2017. Hope to stay here. Wonder what Category this will open at. I'm going to guess Cat 5.

The mall where the Park Hyatt is very dead. However, the food hall in the basement is very good. It's called Eatthai and a bit different from your usual BKK food court. There are a lot of street foods that you normally can only get in a dirty street cart available from this food court.

How does it compare to food court in Terminal 21?

Not only do I think this is very poorly worded but also doubt these vendors in a sterile (ambiance, not cleanliness) food court (in a high end, empty mall) would stack up to any street carts worth their salt.

https://bangkok.park.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html now says "Scheduled to open mid 2017—and accepting bookings for June 1, 2017 onwards—Park Hyatt Bangkok has been carefully conceived to provide a level of service and hospitality unparalleled in the market."
