Still working flawlessly. This lovely gem on the hyatt app as well... guess I'll have to call them on the phone... again. I love this new thing called the internet. |
Has this been happening to you sort of throughout the day today? I have accessed both the reservations and the GP sites without any problems several times today, including just now.

They're both working now. Saturday night the whole system was down... even GP was having issues with a reservation on the phone that night. This isnt a "user error."

I would think that Saturday nights/early Sunday mornings are when most commercial systems do their updates. I know AA does it's updates and schedule changes then and I even have problems with my health insurer, United Healthcare then. I've noticed other sites like my bank and credit union advising they do updates then and to expect a lack of service. It just may be a time when companies have found there is less customer demand on their systems. Not defending Hyatt.com which seemingly can go down anytime.
I guess perhaps Im b****y because of all the websites I use for travel, banking, social media, wasting time, news, etc... Hyatt is by far the most unstable by a long shot. I knew people's dialup BBS message boards in the 80s that had more stability. Heck, Id think smoke signals and a pair of binoculars would be more stable at times than Hyatt.com or the Hyatt App. |
Hyatt.com just seems to go down at times when I need to use it. Inopportune times.

It's been down for me the last several hours.
I agree the most unstable site that I regularly use. Hilton is bad, Hyatt is worse. Edited to Add: I've been unable to log in to my account since yesterday afternoon . . . "We're experiencing technical difficulties . . . ." |
My account currently shows no future reservations.

Website is entirely down for the last hour or so. Phone agents can't help with reservations either.
|
Really sick and tired of their website always going down. Can't even make my bookings now. Sometimes I just hop on over to SPG because I needed to make a hotel booking ASAP.

Can't find room type
I have an upcoming stay at PH Toronto. On the website, my reservation doesn't mention anything about the room type nor the package I booked. Under Rate Rules, it only says the following:
339.00 CAD Per Night/Per Room 393.22 CAD Total Per Room Room Description: Discover elegant downtown Toronto accommodations in our luxury hotel. These welcoming 350... Rate Description: Cancellation Policy: Cancel 24hours Prior To Arrival To Avoid One Night Pnlty |
Has anyone have problem with new member registration?
I'm helping my mother sign up, but the website is keep giving me some errors. Then, I try to reregister, and it looks like she's really registered despite the error, but can't log in. I keep getting "Unable to update security status " error. |
