Looks like the hotel search engine is down. Everytime I tried to look for a hotel in NYC, it brings me back to the search page.

I booked an award stay on the website, and the reservation was duplicated. I was unable to cancel the duplicated reservation, so I had to call. My account still shows two deductions of points, however I only have the one reservation now.
Phone agent reported that this had been happening a lot today. :mad: |

Not sure why anybody bothers to post messages like this anymore, as it's been the same pattern for years. If it's down, it's down. And it's almost always back up within a few hours.

Anyone having any trouble seeing HGP awards on. Mac? I've tried both safari and Firefox and when I click on the show HGp award checkbox it kind of glosses over and nothing happens. This has been happening for at least >24 hrs. Thanks

It's down for maintenance at 5:39pm Korean standard time. Always when I need to make a booking too.

None of my bookings are showing up and our corporate website is unable to pull Hyatt rates. Been like this for 6+ hours. Maintenance at 6 PM EST seems crazy to me?
