Nope... It's a regular occurence for me too. Really annoying.
I found that sometimes first using a corporate rate (like costco) and then ticking the points option does work. But it's a pain. |
The Hyatt website is really bad... I wonder how much business Hyatt is loosing due to it's crappy website. A co-worker of mine was trying to book a us a stay in San Diego and just gave up... it was SO FRUSTRATING and impossible to book. I also think service on the Diamond Line has taken a hit.
We have moved our hotel reservations to the Omni. Soon will AVOID Hyatt all together. Not worth the pain to make a reservation. |

Scary to be logged in but see all my reservations gone. Mildly annoying.

I had to call in earlier today because points didn't get returned to me after reducing a two night P+C stay to one. Apologies if I made them do something that broke the system. |
Reservations are back.

I had an interesting error just before the system went out today. Selected a date in early April and the system defaulted to the year 1972  and I got a message saying that I had selected a past date  then it would not allow me to change the year

All of my award reservations show this:
http://i.imgur.com/yolAyq4.png Clicking "cancel" leads to a message that says I need to call to cancel. Anyone else? |
That's pretty standard, happens once a property has "touched" your reservation. An e-mail to GP normally gets quick results for me. Or you can call if it's a urgent cancellation.

Is anyone successful in getting Hyatt.com login to work with RoboForm? The only way I can figure out is to have two different stored forms: one for when it wants just as password and another for when it wants a user name and password. Does anyone have a neater way to make it work with RoboForm?

Has anyone had major issues with logging in lately? Maybe 6 months ago, I often would have to login twice and then I could access everything in my account.
In the last week even after I login, anything I click on brings me to a new login page (change address, view profile, view account, view reservations). And after that I go into a loop of logins which I NEVER seem to be able to access my account. Am I the only one? |
The website is being wacky for me this morning and has been the last few. If I try to modify any of my reservations it then asks me for the confirmation number. I had a terrible time this morning trying to change a confirmation, lots of errors and unable to load.
