Currently I'm having trouble searching for a free cat 1-4 award night. Clicked on reserve from the page that shows the available award in my awards. Tried 4 cities and a couple different sets of dates, some substantially in the future. Never saw a free night avail. Just displayed the different revenue rates. Have done this successfully before. Anyone else having this issue?

Stupid freakin' HP.com website.......keeps looping me back to log in page....! Not happy with this...missing a possible redemption as I cannot get back in and called 800 but they not don't see the room!!!!!!!:mad:

Problems using Firefox
For the past several days, whenever I click on "Sign In" at the top of the Hyatt.com home page, Firefox (my preferred browser) has been going into a "(Not responding)" mode. Similarly, if I try to launch goldpassport.com in Firefox, it goes into a "(Not responding)" mode.
There seemed to be a slight hesitation trying to log in using IE, but was able to get access and log in from either web page with that browser. Is there a known issue WRT Firefox (Ver 33.1 running under Windows 8.1) accessing GP accounts? Am not getting "(Not responding)" for any other web site. |

We are having some issues with Gold Passport at this time we are aware of the problem and are working to fix it as quikly as poosible.
