Site won't work since morning
This is ridiculous, I wonder when the issue will be fixed?
Besides, there is no note informing people about the problem. Very poorly handled, indeed:td: |
It's been about 9 hours for me. Can't search or login.
Really frustrating. Does it take that long for maintenance? |

Really frustrating. Does it take that long for maintenance? Need to make multiple work reservations, but unable to do so. I will call, but it would be much easier to get it all done online. |

...and when you click on "Learn more", you get a 404 error. Whoever their head of IT is should have been fired a long time ago, but this takes the cake. Do they even realize how much revenue they lose because of something like this?

Agreed - a heads up on the downtime issue would have been appreciated

Hyatt.com Back up
I just tried again and it is up at 1:20 PM Pacific time, 10 minutes ago it wasn't.

I'm so glad Hyatt is in the hotel business and not the website/IT business. I can't check my GP points nor make hotel reservations right now.

The website is up and running, but I'm encountering a glitch.
When I click on the link to check each of my upcoming reservations, the information is there -- but not the rate at which the room was booked. There's a link for "Rate Rules" on each reservation, but it still doesn't bring up the rate information. I like to be able to check what the rate was via my online account rather than having to go back to each of trip-related email folders or the PDFs that I print. Correction: That I always TRY to print to PDF -- the Hyatt site is sometimes glitchy there, too, and won't allow a PDF to be generated. But the main concern right now is that the specific RATE information is no longer present in the online reservation list. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? |

I'm not having that problem -my rates show.
Hopefully it's a temporary, isolated glitch -- like when virtually *ALL* of my reservations disappeared from the system last summer ... :( |

I just looked up this thread to post this very concern. This has happened a few times to me recently. Sometimes if I log out and in again the rate shows for the first reservation I click on. Crazy! I have multiple reservations at different paid rates; some with breakfast and also some with points that I want to choose between and I can't tell the difference between them! It will take a long conversation with GP to work through the details if I can't do this online. |

Yay! ^ But I made 3 new reservations and cancelled one that I won't need. I did receive an email confirmation for the cancellation -- but after 6 hours I still haven't received the email confirmations for the new bookings. Boo. :td: And before you ask, no, the emails are not in my spam folder. I printed the booking details to PDFs, but I need the email confirmations for TripIt, etc. (***sigh***) |
