SouthPoint Casino is showing $79 for the 11 & 12, it is located on the south strip & very easy to drive to. They have a free shuttle pickup at the airport and also a shuttle to the strip for $8 round trip. The Orleans is showing $105, it is off strip & has a shuttle thru out the day to and from the strip.

Priceline

Thanks to some helpful advice, i played around with Priceline and managed to get Tropicana for $80/night for the weekend which i think is a great price considering the advertised rates!

4* south strip for $80/night compared to at least $125 on major sites sounds like a good deal to me ^^

Unlike most people i'm not particularly bothered by the resort fees as its just part of being there IMO and if you don't intend on using the facilities than pitch a tent in the dessert or stay somewhere else.

Still saving money irrespective of resort fees, but thanks for the info! ^

Found some good promos on www.mycheapvegas.com

72 Hour sale for all Caesars properties that expire May 10th, and $55 Summer of Cirque tickets for all cirque du soleil shows except for O. I think that ends end of september.
