The rate you are qouting is a "hot rate" that is legitimate, however, it yields a room in the Forum building, the oldest and least desirable rooms in the entire Caesers complex - the opposite of luxury.
You would need to spend at least USD 60 more (or higher) for an Augustus tower room at Caesers, the bare minimum in my opinion.
And even that undesirable Forum room goes to USD 379 on January 4th and to USD 689 on January 5th.
So if a room not suite is fine, I refer again to Cosmo. Rooms start at USD 190.

To add, pools are pretty much all outdoors, and most are closed down from end of October to beginning of March. It must be remembered that Vegas sits at elevation 2100 feet, so it does not have a temperate desert climate like, say, Phoenix, or a pleasant Mediterranean climate like San Diego.

Venetian has a deal on Twitter with $150 resort credit, two night minimum, for as low as $159 per night.

Has anyone had luck with the free show tickets through the MGM Entertainment Promo link?
I entered my confirmation # for my upcoming August visit and none of the shows are showing available tickets.

Ceasar's deals
Yes, cheapest rates always the Forum tower, BUT:
1) Forum HAS been going through an update so not gross like it used to be, and
2) $20 tip has ALWAYS worked for me there. Just two weeks ago DURING A PRETTY LARGE CONVENTION even I ended up in an oversized room in one of the new towers very near the pools

I checked out the Mirage for a few days in September and the Royal Caribbean offer essentially added the "resort credit" to my overall total. For example, best rate I was able to find was around $750 for 3 nights (including all fees/taxes/etc.). The Royal Caribbean was $900 but with a $150 resort credit.
Has anyone else experienced the same?

Can confirm that you can. I just used this on Aria, Vdara and Bellagio last month.
