Don't think anyone knows yet but I'm also almost certain it will be significantly more expensive than getting it for free with HH gold which could be cheaply and easily be acquired through a credit card. Hilton is generous in that mid-level status is easy to get and much more valuable than it is at Marriott/Hyatt.

Based on my personal experiences and research. I'm gonna guess breakfast is going to be min. $70 and up to $115 per day for 2 adults prior to 22% tax. Get Gold now.

I should have kept my mouth shut!
So I was asking for an upgrade and got this
"Upgrade to King Reef Villa with Pool: US$200+ 23.2% Tax and service charge per night.
Upgrade to King Grand Overwater Villa with Pool: US$400+ 23.2% Tax and service charge per night."
Looks pretty in line with what pretty much everyone said, so of course I just glanced over it but I look closely and it said Grand Overwater.
I asked to clarify and the rep said it was a typo. (I should have kept my mouth shut) The rep said it should be a King Overwater for $400++.
I accepted the offer.
The rep confirms with this:
"I am pleased to confirm a Grand Overwater Villa with Pool for US$400+ 23.2% Tax and service charge per night."
I really should have kept my mouth shut and accepted so they don't have records of them saying it's a typo, get the confirmation, show them that when I show up! Maybe some others can do this and benefit from my missed opportunity.
