Hilton Mumbai International Airport - offered breakfast in lounge (continental + eggs made to order) or full buffet breakfast in restaurant.

Hilton Frankfurt hotel (Hochstrasse 4) or Hilton Frankfurt Airport (at Squaire)? Because IMHO it would be hard to call great the lounge of Hilton Frankfurt am Hochstrasse, it is simply a small space adjacent to elevators (lifts) and breakfast food choice usually is quite limited. Airport Hilton has really great lounge physically and otherwise. However both of them quite recently offered free choice between breakfast in lounge or in restaurant. Has that changed?

-Hilton Rome Airport : Poor club lounge breakfast with very limited choice, restaurant is better but still not excellent

-Hilton Garden Inn Firenze Novoli : Full breakfast in restaurant which was good

-Doubletree Bucharest : Full breakfast in restaurant, excellent for a doubletree

-Hilton Athens : Continental Breakfast in Lounge and for a surcharge of 12.5 euro full in the restaurant. Club lounge is continental and restaurant is extensive

-Conrad Hong Kong : Breakfast in lounge or full breakfast in restaurant, restaurant is much better and one of the best breakfasts in a hotel

-Hilton Arc de Triomphe Paris : Continental Breakfast in lounge or full in restaurant, lounge can be full and restaurant is better with more choice. It is a better choice if you want hot food in the morning

-Hilton Madrid airport : Continental Breakfast in lounge or rather limited full breakfast in restaurant, both average

- Hilton Barcelona Diagonal : Small Continental Breakfast in lounge or full breakfast in restaurant. Restaurant is much better

-Hilton Luxor : No lounge, full breakfast in restaurant which was excellent

- Hilton Moscow : Continental Breakfast in lounge or full breakfast in restaurant, restaurant is much better

Hilton Boston, Massachusetts (Back Bay)

Continental (Plus) in Lounge - includes scrambled eggs and oatmeal or upgrade to full buffet in restaurant for $10 or $5.50 menu credit

Hilton Glasgow

Full breakfast in restaurant is also an option for Diamonds (& probably Golds) - check-in staff offered as an alternative to the lounge unprompted.

That's a very recent change in that case. Was lounge only last month.

Copenhagen airport Hilton; decent breakfast in lounge, better breakfast in restaurant. Same food, just wider selection. Have to check your bill on checkout, though. Twice I have been billed for restaurant breakfasts. No issue whatsoever getting it removed, but still, I had to check.

Post #1 is correct for these two stays, no update needed:

1. Hilton Metropole London - intermediate breakfast in lounge. Didn't try restaurant.
2. Conrad Dublin - full "Irish" breakfast in restaurant ^

LOL we seem to be doing a good job following each other round the UK, RAPC It was a Saturday check-in for Sunday check-out, so not sure if they do things differently at the weekend or not. Certainly my name was on the list when I went to the restaurant and no charge appeared on my bill. I guess we should put this restaurant bit down as a possibility and at least folk know it might be worth asking!

Welcome to FlyerTalk!

Can you please specify whether the last three were full or continental breakfasts?

I haven't updated this pending clarification on these points. I agree with hbush's point that the Hilton Frankfurt (the old one) does not have a great lounge, or even an especially good one.
