I reserved an ICAR at a HLE in New Jersey a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised to have been assigned a Prestige Collection Cadillac CTS. That being said, as posted above, the most common ICARs at this time appear to be Chrysler 300s and Toyota Avalons, so the odds would favor getting one of those (there was an Avalon in the HLE lot; I am happy they didn't assign that to me).

I am actively following the forum and the more I read the more questions I have. What is the difference between Premium Luxury and Prestige Collection?
And why do not I see the Premium luxury option on the Hertz USA website, or in the Spain website?

Premium luxury are cars that select local area or franchise location had bought in small batches and are rarely seen. Sometimes they will be given as upgrades to their respectively upgrade. And sometimes they’re cars meant to be for HLE partnered with luxury car dealerships to provide loaners. But when they’re seen at an airport location chances are they always cost an upgrade

BMW 2019 740/750 at DFW

I just left DFW and they had 4-5 upgradeable 2019 BMW 740s marked (O4) it was 79.99-119.99 a day or upgrade from my Velar for $40/$60 a day. It depends on what model of the 7 you wanted. They had a large number of 5 series and a few X5s. They were blue and silver in all models, never have seen a BMW at Hertz. FYI they also had a Mercedes G Wagon 2019, parked in front of the Gold building in the garage, I didn't get to see the class it was marked as it was locked.

Yes they have a new class O4 aka WCAR which is BMW 7 or Caddy CT6 (or similar). DREAM Cars so mileage may be limited.

Someone please update OP.

Haven't they always been labeled L4/K6? Granted, they should be marked as an "L/F4" since you can't fit anyone in the third row.

Mostly Challenger RT if you book V4/RSAR class, and Mustang GT convertible if you book U4/RSTAR class.
There *are* Mustang GT hardtop and Camaro SS's (both hardtop and vert?), but rare and only at a few select locations depending on geographic region/time of year, exact info isn't public anywhere.

I think the Camaro SS's tend to be in the midwest/Florida.

Is it just me or has Hertz "reshuffled" the classes again? The "7 Passenger Standard SUV (L4, FRAR)" class is now called "Fullsize Recreational Vehicle (Group L4) FRAR" - effectively declaring "Standard" sized vehicles to "Fullsize" vehicles (one class above).

Current Hertz employee here.

Hyundai Velosters are now tagged as A in the fleet.
Hyundai Konas are B4.
Buick LaCrosses are all but gone from the fleet.

Here in DFW we have had a pretty large increase in Cherokees, Beetles, Golfs, and CHRs.

Welcome to FT!

Glad to see the Golfs are back - I've always liked those cars.

SAN had 4 Velosters parked in the compact aisle this morning. All 4 were brand new (sub-2,000 mile) and tagged B. I seriously considered grabbing one since the DW's been itching to test drive it.

DCA has many brand new Chevrolet Equinox instead of the common small SUV in the past (Nissan Rogue). This past weekend I had one with less than 10 miles, and in the last 7 weeks they have been consistent with this model. I prefer it to any other SUV right now (really good MPG)
