It is a Gayla... most gay men don't have wives.

Of course all are welcome.

OOOps

Waited too long to make a hotel reservation and now only left with a few crumbs to choose from. All the major hotels in town are either booked solid or have crazy rates, so I've got these two places to choose from and wondered if anyone has any experience with these places...

Tortuga Del Sol - Cheap! ($119) Great feedback on TA but the pics make the place look kind of dumpy.

Casa Ocotillo - Not Cheap!($179) But looks like it's a real 5 star kind of gay B&B. This place looks great, but not sure I need all that for a quick weekend.

Tortuga has a great reputation - rooms are so so though - were across the St at Santiago.

Never heard anything about the other one.

My schedule has changed. Now I'm almost certainly on for Friday dinner but can't make Sunday brunch. I'm still planning to attend Saturday evening. Sorry for any inconvenience, Peter.

By the way, I haven't seen prepayment instructions for Saturday. Are those coming, or has that plan changed? (Or have I somehow missed them?)

2 for dinner Friday...

Count us in for dinner Friday, 2. Sorry for the confusion regarding the 'wife'. Partner/lover/s.o./husband/boyfriend is more like it.

thanks for organizing.

No inconvenience at all. Probably won't be prepayment - directions to Sat are forthcoming.

I imagine several people will be driving over from PSP to the Saturday evening dinner party, so if I could bum a ride from someone *if I get into PSP late* (5:30pm seeming somewhat likely at this point), I would appreciate it...

Update: I think I have a ride now if I get in later than initially planned. Thanks!
