I can only have a rough guess (in hundreds) the number of Apotheken in Berlin - and also guess that >90% will just do it w/o a blink.

This place did mine and my wife's in the Prenzlauer Berg area. Quick and no issues. Very close to the U2 Senefelderplatz stop.

It took a trip to 6 different pharmacies, but this gentleman apparently managed it:

There were problems with pharmacies not being able to connect to the digital certificate portal over the summer; hopefully those are solved now.

Yes, the one at Mnchner Freiheit (top of the stairs after getting off the U6) did it for me last summer without a hassle.

Thoughts on travelling WITHOUT the white CDC card. Just got to the airport and realized forgot it at home. Will be flying into Munich. Fully vaccinated, I have a pic of it on my phone, and I also have the Swiss covid app. In addition I have a negative test that was just taken on Monday. Debating on if it is necessary to catch a Uber home and back. Flight boards in 2 hours.

Update: I called the closest CVS pharmacy and they were able to look up my records. They seemed reluctant but she said she would give me a duplicate. I rook a Lyft from the airport, ~10 min ride to CVS. She had it ready for me. Lyft back to the airport, though security again, and 40 mins to spare before boarding. I will be sure to report back on which places ask to see the actual card and where I have success w/ the Swiss app.

No personal experience, but the Swiss QR code should be recognized in the EU.

Please do report back. I think you were wise to get the paper copy just in case since Germany just moved yesterday to tighten its protocols, e.g, you need to b vaccinated to travel on public transportation, etc. I will be traveling to Germany next week.
