Anybody else with a Founders-card wish to check the expiry date? I've tried to email them with no luck!

FC Diamond Bump

Signed up for FC at end of November. Requested Diamond bump on Black Friday. Had not applied to account after 6 weeks in mid-January so I emailed them. It was applied by the next day with a 2015 expy. Friday it updated to 3/2016 expy. A friend also had same experience, his is also showing 2016 after just over 6 weeks from request to showing in TR account.

So I can confirm a FC bump to Diamond is showing as 2016 now. (believe me I had similar concerns about it running out this March as well.)

Strange as I did mine Dec 2014 and after original being March 2015, just bumped automatically to March 2016 earlier in January.

Did you email them via Total Rewards website or iOS app play by Total Rewards? Just want to make sure I get the correct department.

It looks like it has been extended to March 2016.

FoundersCard Website:

As an update to those with questions about the renewal process of this benefit. It is our expectation that active FoundersCard Members that previously have enrolled to be upgraded will be automatically re-upgraded (no action required) on, or around, April 1, 2015. The Diamond status would then be valid through March 31, 2016 as long as you maintain an active FoundersCard Membership. Please email Member Services should you have any additional questions.

Scott Poniewaz
Director - Member Services @ FoundersCard

Also, I emailed the FoundersCard team and they confirmed, (also said Website is not updated to reflect this yet)

Signed up 8/14, bumped to Diamond 10/14, TR still shows an expiration of 3/15 but I'm glad to see it should auto-renew as long as I keep my FC membership.

Total Rewards Diamond "Hidden Benefits"

Has anybody any insights into additional extras that aren't written on the Total Rewards website? - I've read a few things but never seen a defined list or 'perks' ?

Listed on the TR Website:
*Diamond Lounge Access
*Taxi queue jump
*VIP Check-in
*$100 Dining credit

Not Confirmed on the TR website:
*Waived Resort Fees - Do you still get the amenities if waived?
*2 Free show tickets
*Entrance to VooDoo Lounge in Rio
*10% Discount on Zipline at Rio
*Table on the Patio at Mon Ami Gabi (Paris), can't be reserved but kept free in case a Diamond or 7 Star visits

Anybody know of anything else? Free nightclub entry or Fast track? Preferred treatment? or Spas?

Caesars (Total Rewards) Diamond Status for $295

you only get fitness center access. still have to pay for internet.

for poker players, you get priority seating

also diamond/7* checkin (which is only marginally faster at most properties)

Re the 2 free show tickets - I just became Diamond about 2 months ago, and all of a sudden starting about 2 weeks ago, I started getting offers for 2 Free tickets to shows on my TR page and TR app. The shows however are only at AC Casinos but maybe that is because I live in NJ...

The shows that I am being offered crack me up: Gloria Gaynor, Shalamar and the one and only Village People

Not really hidden, just not featured prominently on FC: https://www.totalrewards.com/TotalRe...its#allcasinos

Yes, you do get all these Diamond benefits (we used our two free tickets to go on the Linq at night) with one caveat: you're waived from paying the resort fee but that means you also don't get to use their in room wifi...so if you want to use the internet and don't have your own mifi, you're paying the full amount...which can be very close to the resort fee.
