I have few Norra operated flights in my Challenge and today I had 2 of them.

#6 HEL-ARN. AY649. E90 OH-LKR. Evening service to ARN was not full, about 60% seats were taken. I took empty row 22 because our pilot told that we could face some turbulence and sitting in the back of plane you can feel shaking well.
Norra service today was service without magazine and without smiles.

#7 ARN-HEL. AY650. E90 OH-LKR. Boarding was interrupted because our captain had to escort Swedish overloaded male back to departure hall. This Swedish guy had difficulties with his legs and he needed 2 assistants to walk him out of the aircraft. Oh those Swedes, so hard life there.....
And finally reaching my seat on row 5. Gentleman sitting next to me is a Finnish businessman and I recognize him as a former Nokia CEO. No names here. I ask Him if He's interested reading my old HS Kuukausiliite but he is ok with his Lumia. . Flight almost full and back in HEL in scheduled time and 10.5 hrs to my next flight. No magazines offered.

I sat next to the same gentleman on my way to BMA earlier that day. He must have had much on his mind then as he seemed busy, even in the air.

Please tell us this was back in the days with BKK-SIN rtn hops, if not, the crew rest might have been slightly short.. 😎

So....

I am currently at a whooping 400 points with 8 months to go. Suppose I activate my Instagram account, can I use this tag too? Or will that steal your thunder?

My challenge is not for segments but for miles. LGG will undoubtedly do it cheaper than me but which one of us will spend less time in the air?

Be my guest, no problem. Sure You can tag your 400 points hunting. Is it one ARN-HEL and that's it.

#8 HEL-PRG. AY715 A320 OH-LXM. Todays load is apprx 60-65% and seatblocking works well. Ilta-Sanomat and champagne offered. Flight on time.

#9 PRG-HEL. AY716 A320 OH-LXM. On time. Same Ilta-Sanomat offered and after a while a purser comes back asks me if I want read something else. I take Helsingin Sanomat. It 's nice to read fresh HS sometimes. ^ Nothing special, seatblocking on.

Next event then is to fascinating Stockholm Arlanda.

But is it desireable to spend less time in air?

I have just finished my 8th intra-nordic AY segment this week. In 5 days. In roughly 100-something hours. For work. Not for fun.

Don't, is my advice.

What do you guys do if the seat next to you is blocked, but someone chooses to sit there anyway? I had that happen on an E90 recently. The GA confirmed that the (exit) seat next to me is empty, but once we get on board, someone changes seats just after the "boarding completed" call and sits next to me.
