Today I can't get logged in, apparently they have something wrong with the authentication server communicating back to the frontend, whatever.
They just announced the problem on Facebook as well, stating it will affect making reservations. Ugh.

Just got an email from MyFlights app. about a seat change due to AC change, but now they have messed up the AY+ numbers on PNR.
Me and missus both have my FF on the reservation shown for 'My bookings' on webpage. ^

EDIT - this happens only if there is no availability on the day chosen. Still very, very poor showing.

So are we ready to hand out the "worst website design and implementation" award to finnair.com?
I had to again try to use the website - the key word is "TRY". It's totally unusable. Book a reward flight - no availability (with the usual gibbersih message). Go back, try to change the dates and voilá - the button with the text "Hae lentoja" (fetch flights) is not clickable anymore. No amount of reloading the page helps.
We know that they don't test/benchmark the competitors' products but it seems that they don't even test their own website. Looks and functions like a botched junior high school project - and I use the word "function" very losely.
And why, oh why they need link content (!) to browser-update.org, microsoft and wingify + 2 ad servers (zanox, nugg.ad) + analysis (inspectiet, 2 requests) + ... + ...
Off to BA to book the flights.
