Poor location in relation to?
Room rates. Vegas room rates are expensive on weekends. Since it's a full weekend program, many desire to stay at the host hotel. Considering the hotel has just been renovated (including the conference facilities) also was a consideration. Without a doubt, this hotel property has a room product that is nicer than the vast majority of 3*/4* airport hotels.

I agree. Also, folks have to appreciate a property (with newly renovated rooms and a "brand new" conference facility) that is $29/$99++ on the weekends. Sure, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas would be my preference. But, it's a "bit" pricey for an FTU.
