This thread is the funniest thing I think I’ve ever read on FT. This has got to be a troll imitating a middle eastern oil baby. Who orders sugar with their hot chocolate? Who refuses to do airline transactions over the phone with a CC whose under 80 today? 😂😂
If this is serious, I apologize but there is too much funny material in here.

After a good reading, I feel I have to reply this thread, not for comments but for kind of monument thing to do.

I can only surmise you have a low quality credit card run by a less than first class bank or credit card issuer. Top quality credit cards are not compromised by using them over the phone.
As a PS, even when you go in person, you do realize the person working there sees your credit card number etc, and it could be compromised that way as well.

Again, I will not give my CC details over the phone. How can I pay over the phone if I don't give them my CC details?
They had no right to treat me like this in the first place. Oh well, they lost me as a first class passengers, there are plenty of other airlines out there with better service and cheaper fares

Please, aceboy44, continue to fly EK every now and then. I know it does not meet your exacting standards.
But your posts bring a lot of mirth on days that I need it!
You can have some of my hand lotion.

If this is comic relief by imitating people on FT, as well as trying to illicit some of the responses he has it’s working and it’s very funny. I always thought FT was a little too serious and needed some levity.
If this is serious, meh 🤨 aceboy44 is still my favorite FT poster.

I don't recall seeing hand lotion in the first class lavatories on the B777 fleet

Then no more posting here then-I will pop into the QR forum in future to read your experiences ( especially on cakes/hand lotion and hot chocolate)

There have been several successful lawsuits against posting negative reviews about hotels, restaurants, AirBNB, plastic surgeons, etc. At least in the US. On several of these suits, the negative reviewer has LOST and was subjected to fines of not insignificant amounts.
You need to be VERY careful going forward with your incessant rants and unsubstantiated complaints. You may find yourself extremely fortunate if all you experience is refusal as a customer to either be allowed to fly on your hated airlines, be a guest at your professed horrible hotels, or dine at your awful restaurants-that could be the most risky for you as retaliation could happen quite easily.
Hope you have deep pockets for lawsuits if you choose to visit the USA and continue your snowflake behavior, but maybe just don't bother.

Crew said food was heating. You found them sitting in galley. What do you expect them to do while food is being heated? State at the oven, one FA holding a stop watch, another the plate and the third with oven gloves ready to relay the food to you?

Since when do customers get sued for posting their opinion regarding a product/service they have experienced?
