They had no right to treat me like this in the first place. Oh well, they lost me as a first class passengers, there are plenty of other airlines out there with better service and cheaper fares
If you keep your CC details on file in your Emirates.com profile, you can tell the phone agent to just the CC on file without giving them the full details.
