Since when do customers get sued for posting their opinion regarding a product/service they have experienced?
You omitted that it was your choice not to call EK to process the change. Your review is thus ambiguous and potentially misleading

Yes! I will not give my CC to any one via the phone (as per instructions from my bank.) They have no right to ask for my credit card via the phone in the first place.

It is not my fault that I can not change my ticket online

Where in your contract with EK did they commit to providing that facility?

Google searches will provide ample historical information about US lawsuits for bad reviews about what I mentioned in my earlier post.
it is your choice to ignore prior legal cases and believe you are right.
I repeat that if the worst outcome of your behavior is to be refused bookings consider yourself fortunate.

Of course they have the right to ask. You also have the right to decline should your fears make you unwilling to provide it. And banks do not as a habit say not to give your credit card on the phone on a call you yourself initiate.

I've not made an EK booking/change over the phone for a long time. Do they have the facility where you actually enter you CC details "offline" via the keypad on your phone? This is what EasyJet do. So, it's probably more secure than online, as there is no chance for anybody to "snoop".

Nope, not in my experience. I just booked an EK flight through my bank, arranged via e-mail anf they called to take payment, happily handed over my CC details. In the age of 3D Secure and Verified by visa the risk is not that high (still exists of course), and since I work in IT I don't necessarily trust a website more than a random call centre employee

Delete? No way. You had a poor experience with an airline that ruined your birthday, and didnt provide real water. You get what you pay for and you paid and didnt get it.

Do you have in mind a law suite with closable doors, or the new fully-enclosed law suite on the B777s? Everyone here also pays full fare in First Class, and you are thus obliged to answer this question. Don't make us take taxis to the nearest EK customer service center, and at your expense.

There were 300 people in the back of the plane perfectly content sitting 10 across and eating what amounts to a microwaved TV dinner, and this guy's complaining that his made to order breakfast in his first class suite took too long.

yeah but they didnt pay 10s of thousands of dollars. Would you have waited 20 minutes for food in a restaurant?

between the sugar for his hot chocolate, enslaving him to go down to the ticket office, the long wait for food, and not serving drinkable water in first class. This experience is the end of the Emirates First Class experience as we may know it.

You are correct... for most of the world. I also don't think EK would ever do that unless it's something grossly libelous or straight up fake.

But in Kuwait (where you are based) it's happened: https://www.thenational.ae/world/men...eview-1.431892

No, but you can keep you CC details on file in your Emirates online profile and just refer to that when you speak to them on the phone.
