You’d have to check flight radar, but my last two trips to HND have been on the game changer (didn’t plan it. Just prefer to NRT). There are routes that are rotated in and out and HND is one of them I think.

The three routes I mentioned have been game changers from the start and very rarely don’t have it.

Gotcha. Thanks!

Thx for this help

102,000 skywards miles for the game changer from Dxb to Zrh. Row 2 was all full, so I had to pick a seat in row 1. Picked 1K, hope that will be a good one. Sounds like they all are! Sure hope they don’t swap out that plane between now and October…

Nice! What are taxes and fees on that route like?

Anyone know when they announce the winter schedule?

About $400 usd

Not bad compared to EK flights to and from the US!

1K is the best for privacy in row 1 as it faces a wall whilst 1A and 1E have doors which face each other and so you won’t have quite the same level of privacy when on the ground and the service hatches are down in those seats. It’s the best seat in row 1 unless you’re very noise sensitive like me and it’s an overnight flight where you want to sleep, since it’s the closest seat to the F galley.

If privacy is becoming an issue in the gamechanger, sounds like some are ready for the step up to PJs 😂. Of course, even there other people may catch glimpses of you too.

2A is the most private

I mean other than the fact hiring a PJ from London to Dubai is like minimum 10x the price of EK F, sure.

The issue isn’t so much privacy from being seen, it’s just a totally different experience not facing someone else. For example, the last time I was in 2K, 2E was occupied by someone travelling with someone in one of the A seats and that passenger spent literally the entire DXB-LHR flight other than a short period when they were eating walking round and standing outside my suite to speak to 2E every 10 minutes or so. Got really quite annoying after a while.

people standing about near my seat is so annoying - I’d have had a word

Except for flights out of the east coast, it is at least 14 hours to Dubai which allows plenty of opportunity to drink fine wine and expensive caviar.

Watched a youtube vid and the EK F class has a set of byredo amenities as well as a diary?
Guess we can get those if we fly in the F seat?

thanks

It's a notebook, not a diary and ges you can take it with you.
Same for the amenities, you are free to use or take.

A bit offtopic but for the gamechanger F 777 planes, do the business class seats go 1-2-1 or 2-3-2?
Thanks!
