Does MYB show it fine? If so, the app does tend to get a bit 'glitchy' sometimes. Try clearing app data/cache and adding your booking to the app again.

There was a strange message on MMB too for both journeys and they had disappeared from the CD management page. The information and format was different from my last booking 4 weeks ago. I called EK just to make sure everything was still in place and they confirmed the booking was there. The other strange thing was that my mobile number had been replaced with my HQ number and know for a fact that only three days ago all was normal on the MMB page and the App. Probably weekend IT glitches and bugs.

Chauffeur Drive
I am flying back to the UK from BKK in business class therefore have booked the complimentary chauffeur transfer from hotel to airport. My husbands flight to S. Korea leaves at the same time and so we intend to travel to the airport together.
Will I encounter any problems from the driver having my husband accompany me in the car? |
It depends. I've had no issues at VIE taking a friend who was flying Easyjet with to the airport, equally I've not had an issue taking a friend in BOM just a part of the way to the airport to drop her off at a taxistand enroute.
A tip also goes a long way :) |

Update for MAN, they have a few Audi A8's since Mercedes barred them from having any new cars.
