What's with the new app design? It's telling me my CD booking has expired for tomorrow's pick-up and my collection in PEK on Monday.

Does MYB show it fine? If so, the app does tend to get a bit 'glitchy' sometimes. Try clearing app data/cache and adding your booking to the app again.

After an app update it goes bonkers. Uninstall completely then reinstall. That's also been the official line by EK on Twitter when I've asked them about a glitch (all text had disappeared).

There was a strange message on MMB too for both journeys and they had disappeared from the CD management page. The information and format was different from my last booking 4 weeks ago. I called EK just to make sure everything was still in place and they confirmed the booking was there. The other strange thing was that my mobile number had been replaced with my HQ number and know for a fact that only three days ago all was normal on the MMB page and the App. Probably weekend IT glitches and bugs.

The CD company did call a few hours later to confirm the booking so all is well.

Have you added your HQ number to your Skywards profile?

What happens with me is, if I have a different number on my Skywards profile, but a different number on my booking, when I add my Skywards number to my booking, it replaces the one I added from the one attached to my account.

No. It was only in the booking at the very start and I removed it. Don't have it in my profile after. As it was, the CD company called my mobile anyway. I think it any have been glitches.

Chauffeur Drive
 

I am flying back to the UK from BKK in business class therefore have booked the complimentary chauffeur transfer from hotel to airport. My husbands flight to S. Korea leaves at the same time and so we intend to travel to the airport together.

Will I encounter any problems from the driver having my husband accompany me in the car?

It depends. I've had no issues at VIE taking a friend who was flying Easyjet with to the airport, equally I've not had an issue taking a friend in BOM just a part of the way to the airport to drop her off at a taxistand enroute.

A tip also goes a long way :)

I've taken the chauffeur from BKK and I can't imagine a driver saying anything as long as they are dropping you at the same place and not doing two different drop offs.

Update for MAN, they have a few Audi A8's since Mercedes barred them from having any new cars.

Is that because of the court case?

I fly to MAN thurs and usually get an s-class.

Yes, still have Mercs but no new ones since September last year.
