EK to introduce a fourth daily flight to RUH starting 1st January
http://airlineroute.net/2012/12/04/ek-ruh-jan13/ From this date RUH will be 4 daily and JED 3 daily. FZ increased RUH to 4 daily this December. |
The timings were previously rubbish, so this opens it up a bit more for European connections....

Next targets in Europe : WAW, ARN

AFAIN Emirates has already requested slots to ARN (EK 157/158) for a S13 launch.
|
EK157/158 is targeted for a June 03 launch, but as long as it is not announced, it is not certain. Last year EK requested AMS slots for a second daily service EK149/150 but opted for an A388 upgauge in the end.

September: 59.3% October: 71.1% As per 17DEC12 GDS timetable and inventory display, Emirates is swapping operational aircraft on following routes, starting 01FEB13. Dubai – Hamburg EK061/062 Boeing 777-200LR replaces -300ER Dubai – Lisbon Boeing 777-200LR operating instead of planned -300ER. This will replace existing -200ER service Dubai – Washington Dulles Boeing 777-300ER replaces -200LR http://airlineroute.net/2012/12/17/ek-feb13/ My guess it that we might see Emirates announce another US destination within the next few months to utilize the 777-200LR. |
