So in the end, with the 13 or 16 new aircraft, and after retiring the 747 and 767 aircraft, my calculation is that El Al will have pretty well the same or possibly even less capacity than they currently do... Maybe it'll be spread across one or two more aircraft, but the total number of seats will not change.

The Cellular reception issues could be related to the Cellular carrier frequency.
It could be that some frequencies are blocked by the 787 constructions.

A tour inside and out of the first actual aircraft
Partially pained , without business class seats
But you can see the economy seats

What amazes me in this news clip is how they treat what has become a de facto standard for major carriers 10 to 5 years ago as a groundbreaking competitive advantage - and that by the CEO of LY. Not to mention his statement in the beginning of the interview " There were moments I could not believe this would happen".

Cool

I thought PE will be like AC, but if I recall correctly AC have 2-3-2 and LY will have 2-4-2.
Can't LY do anything right?

While LY can't do anything right, the PE listed here is also 2-3-2, which makes sense. Just a shame that Y is 3-3-3 as opposed to 2-4-2
