1) Those videos are animations. Not the actual footage of the interior.
2) No arrival dates beyond that lonely first one, which means we'll be with the 744's for at least another year, likely longer.
The 744 are staying til around 2020.

787 line numbers are :590, 616,666,667,714
With 12 deliveries a month you can do the math starting with 590 in August . It's currently in final assembly .

590 ZB766 63548 787-9 in final
Assembly
616 ZB767 42117 787-9
666 ZB753 38086 787-9
667 ZB818 63392 787-9
714 ZB8194 787-9

So August first 787-9 , then October the second 787-9, then 4 months later 2 a/c and the fifth one 4 months after that

That's the point. Nothing is ever consistent with LY. It's a hit and run airline.

Interesting article on the design of the interior and update to livery by London based PriestmanGoode.

Imbued within this ribbon are highlights and lowlights in the new feature diamond pattern. “This gives the livery an enhanced sense of movement and flow,” state PriestmanGoode.

Thanks for the link, LY787.

Except for the blue engines, I can't see any difference in the livery?!

Thanks for this.
I noticed that in economy and prem economy- there are no electronic controls on the armrest.
Which is a big annoying thing on AC's planes. Not necessarily a bad move.

Maybe its only me, but I am concerned with the interior( in terms of comfort) , and I want these aircraft online already. However, I could care less what they paint blue and where they paint it.

4x-ed(x)
First one will be 4x-eda

Makes sense
767 - ea(x)
757 - eb(x)
777 - ec(x)

I have only flown the Dreamliner a couple of times on long haul flights (via AC to and from TLV) and yes- the seats are narrower than the ELAL's older planes seats.

The size and configuration of seats is determined by the airline, not Boeing.
