Details on their website. Annoyingly the flights are on Saturdays in all cases making it far less useful. You'd think they would have figured this out by now that Saturday isn't a good day for TLV

With the demise of Monarch, it makes sense LY see enough demand for a biweekly service. Painful return flight from MAN though!

As said, this is being run by sun’dor. Perhaps not the best outcome as ELAL mainline would have been preferable, and I would even say better times too, but, if it helps LY get a foot in the door, I’m all for it! MAN has been chasing ELAL for about 8 years now, so, maybe the demise of Monarch has helped. Currently LY will have just a 2 weekly Easyjet to compete with on Mon/Thu.
i don’t have a public link just yet, as the software system the flights are showing isn’t linkable, but as said, should be announced soon.

Whatever happened to Singapore airlines flying to TLV?
There were multiple press articles in late 2016 indicating that Singapore airlines was going to start flying to tlv in 2017, but that obviously never happened. Does anyone know if it is still being planned?

Looking at the summer 2018 schedule, LY will be operating 4 weekly to BOM with a lot of changes from the pattern used for the past many years. For example, first week of July:
LY 71 TLV 2100 0730+ BOM 67
LY 74 BOM 1140 1645 TLV 17
LY 73 TLV 0920 1950 BOM 3
LY 73 TLV 1000 2030 BOM 4
LY 72 BOM 2245 0400+ TLV 34
This schedule is very similar to the new JNB schedule, with overnight flights during "peak" times (outbound at the start of the work week, inbound at the end of the work week), and mostly avoiding lengthy ground time at outstations.
Oddly, this summer, the JNB schedule (still 3 weekly) is particularly inefficient from an aircraft scheduling perspective (typically LY has 1 or 2 of the midweek flights operate during the daytime):
LY 51 TLV 2030 0440+ JNB 37
LY 52 JNB 2015 0615+ TLV 14
LY 53 TLV 0550 1400 JNB 5
LY 52 JNB 2135 0735+ TLV 6
Next winter, with the increase to 5 weekly, JNB will operate similar to the new BOM schedule (with the "extra" weekly flight maintaining the long ground time):
LY 51 TLV 2220 0725+ JNB 67
LY 54 JNB 1100 2020 TLV 17
LY 51 TLV 2220 0725+ JNB 1
LY 52 JNB 2130 0650+ TLV 2
LY 53 TLV 0900 1805 JNB 34
LY 52 JNB 2130 0650+ TLV 34
LY 71 TLV 2100 0730+ BOM 67
LY 74 BOM 1140 1645 TLV 17
LY 73 TLV 0920 1950 BOM 3
LY 73 TLV 1000 2030 BOM 4
LY 72 BOM 2245 0400+ TLV 34
