You sold me. It read like a meditation. Yes, I'm being melodramatic, but whatever. I'm going to give this a try!

Honestly, it really almost is like a meditation.

Just tried modifying my method this morning. Not sure if I see a marked difference yet, but perhaps a little smoother, but will keep trying.

I decided that after my day yesterday, since today is slow at work, I'm going to take the time to make french press coffee instead of lunch.

The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is one of the more common African varieties available in gourmet coffee bean stores.

-frantically searching for FT's "dislike" button-

That said, McD coffee is definitely, surprisingly, the best of all the "fast food" coffees.

In a thread such as this, not sure I should admit to liking Duncan Donuts coffee, but I do! Especially in the mornings, when I'll even put some cream in it.

Dunkin', or is there an actual Duncan ..? Seemingly rare to non-existent on the (U.S.) west coast so I haven't indulged in a Dunkin' Donut donut for decades.

Yes, sorry it's "Dunkin." I suspect part of memory is trying to repress and forget my lifelong enjoyment of their coffee and donuts. LOL I was probably there every morning when I had worked for some time in Manhattan.

PS - Rare in the west coast, but whenever I see one, say in Vegas or some malls, I'd literally make a beeline towards it.

Yeah, not half bad.

I also take advantage of their $1 coffee deals whenever they randomly happen.
