Okay that explains it

Thats a great price. Which brands and where do you get them?

When you say cup, do you mean cup or

I buy from a local roastery, so unbranded. I just don't buy from grocery stores as they don't have the quality or discounts on volume.

As to drinks, I'll have 3 mugs of cafeinatted coffee before lunch and same again in decaf after midday. I might swap the last mug or two of decaf coffee for decaf tea just for a change of pace.

So I have been slumming it for the past few days as Waitrose was selling Costa Coffee 400g bag for 3 quid which, for a semi decent coffee, is a steal. I haven't been putting it in the espresso maker but have instead been using it in my Bodum pour over coffee carafe. It's producing semi decent results and, because it's so cheap, I don't mind guzzling it.

I hope you can grind them - the coffee tastes less good if youre just putting beans in hot water :-)
