Bogle Cab.
My local Albertsons store has a small sign by the Bogle Cab. saying it is the "number one selling Cab. in Idaho". For $11-$12 I find it a good buy.

Bogle wines are hit-or-miss for me. There was a Phantom zin one year which was fantastic, but every one since which I've tried have been "meh." I should look for their cab though and give it a whirl.

My inexpensive aerator disappeared so I'd like to buy another. Can anyone recommend one that I can buy online for ~$10 or less?

One of the best wine bargains I've found in recent memory is Lisboa Colossal Reserva from Casa Santos Lima in Portugal. A blend of 30% Touriga Nacional, 30% Syrah, 30% Tinta Roriz (AKA Tempranillo) and 10% Alicante Bouschet, it's rather big, rich, but surprisingly elegant. The 2014 was a Wine Spectator Smart Buy with a 91 rating, and the currently available 2015 was rated a 90 and listed at #60 on Spectator's 100 wines of the year (at $25 a bottle). I've recently seen the 2014 at Wegman's in Northern Virginia at $9.99, and the 2015 is currently at Costco for a crazy $7.99/bottle. Other than the price, I didn't detect a huge difference between the two. With grilling season upon us, this is a great wine for everyday drinking. And I suspect it will hold for a year or two, if you can keep your hands off of it.

Adjusted for inflation, the Kirkland Toscana ($14.49 in VA) almost fits the bill. Really liking it better than several $20+ Costco wines. Sangiovese, Cab, and Merlot blend, 2014.

We like bolder flavors so here are 3 of our choices:
- Breca Garnacha De Fuego Old Vines Have seen recently as low as $7.19
- Goats do Roam Red Blend Also in the $8.00 - 10.00 range
- and Kirkland branded Rioja Reserva. We bought it to cook with and it was surprisingly good <$10.00

Casa Santos Lima Lisboa Colossal Reserva 2015
Just opened a Casa Santos Lima Lisboa Colossal Reserva 2015 purchased at Costco. Priced ~ $9 it is very good. Plum, blackberry & boysenberry notes. Not a lot of tannins but enough to make it interesting. I'm buying more.
