I am plain and original: Ham and Cheese....

My mouth is practically drooling thinking about a ham & cheese omlet.

Sounds like a good combination, even if I like to use all of the egg. Will try once I get to a residence with a proper kitchen again. ^

Welcome to FT, im_blue. That's quite an appetite you have. I would have a hard time folding an omelet with that much filling.

Welcome to FT im_blue. If you put all of that stuff in your omelet, I can only imagine what you put on your pizza

I don't eat many omelets but I may have to save this thread and try some of these out once I get home. If I order an omelet while out, I'm pretty basic with ham, cheese and mushrooms.

Fresh steamed baby spinach, fresh (from the garden) chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, fresh chopped basil. (sometimes I add mushrooms as well) Small amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
