Not sure about this list... Most, if not all, restaurants here are very prestigious (and expensive), but I have been to quite a few of them and I am not sure they are really as good as they are rated.

Caprice in Hong Kong is an amazing restaurant. By far the best service I have ever received in my entire life.
The person I dined with decided to order a la carte, as such, we were torn between three apps. We ordered the two we wanted, and when the apps finally arrived, the waiting brought our the third we were torn on free of charge.

Beside that, what was so good with the service ? To be honnest I found both the service and the food to be no more than just good. At the top of my head and with my limited experience of the HK restaurant I found the RC restaurant, Pierre, and the LMO's restaurant MUCH better.

Possibly, but truthfully while the food is incredibly innovating it is not the best meal I've ever had. Honestly if someone weren't a foodie or rather adventurous I would not recommend the restaurant.

Always take these so called "top 10, top 50, top 100" with a grain of salt. But I'm with the above poster who complained of lack of coverage of West coast USA,...for me, especially Los Angeles and Vegas.
There are tons of venues that will give many of these so called NY restaurants a run for their money.
I'm surprised NON made the list...

Guy Savoy, for one thing. It's as good as Paris, superb in my opinion. (It was fairly new and earned two Michelin stars in the final version before they shut down the LV guide.) Also Robuchon there, which I haven't tried, gets good reviews.

Guy Savoy pre theater menu at about 130 offer great value.
Never been to the one in Paris.
Robuchon : service & setting is better in Vegas.
The taste of the food by itself is better in Paris.
Kind of desapointed of the one in Tokyo, setting is similar to vegas.
Service is "acceptable", had to ask for bread or water. Not a big deal.
The food in vegas is better than Tokyo (IMHO).

Which Tokyo Robuchon did you go to? There are three... The Chateau (Ebisu) is superb - I've not done Vegas, but from the reviews I'd be extremely surprised if it were better.

You'll have a similar experience in Vegas with some tasty dish
and a better service (at least this was my experience in Tokyo)The bread & mignardise trolley and butter is the same presentation in both cities.
The total price to be paid is a little lower in Tokyo than Vegas
If you had the opportunity to experience Vegas, I'll recommend to secure a booth. (the regular table are a little too close in my opinion, )
You can secure one by contacting your virtuoso travel agent, or your host if you have one, and probably if you stay at Skyloft. (and for sure if you stay at the Mansion they'll give you all 4 booths so you can enjoy each plate in a different booth.
Again as far as the food by itself is concerned, Robuchon Paris come first,
what a surprise !!Some people say that the food at l'atelier in the 7th district is better than the one at "drugstore" but I have never been to the one in the 7th.
I already found the one at the "drugstore" to have some great food
It'll be great to have the Las Vegas setting in Paris , it'll become my new favorite restaurant

Wow, looks like I'll have to give Vegas another go then (I once had a reservation, but my flight in was late).
That description just sounds so unlike what I've heard about both before. The drop in the value of the Yen has also really changed things - 6 years ago Tokyo was significantly more expensive, but looking at the menu now Vegas is more!

And in Tokyo / Paris there is no 25/30% tax & service to be added
I have met the manager of Robuchon Vegas (VERY nice & professional person and of course he's French^) but he unfortunately moved to a restaurant at Bellagio.

I'm a fan of Robuchon at Saint Germain. However, at times I believe that Robuchon in Hong Kong is a tad better when it comes to service.
Robuchon fans in Hong Kong certainly have a choice of outlets with Le Jardin, L'Atelier and 2 Salon de Ths (at Landmark and now at IFC).

At about EURO 70 for the dinner menu for Robuchon HK doesn't go very far
Plastic bottle of perrier
Seating on a stool, especially close to another person (seems I'm eating in an economic seat on a plane)
Even if the food would be the best in the world (which is not the case), this setting does NOT deserve 3 stars (zero star IMHO)
Maybe I'm stupid and I don't understand the "concept" (what is the concept by the way)
Anyone has tried the one in Macau ? (with a proper table service
))If you like good service you won't be disappointed with the one in Monaco (2 Michelin stars and better than HK in all respects)
As you know, all Robuchon restaurants around the world are independent and none of them are owed by Joel Robuchon (even the one in Paris)
Would love to know if he has some shares in the restaurant or only usage name fees
