Sorry no pics, delicious dinner last night
Sauteed razor clams as a starter with shallots, garlic, lemon juice and a bit of Spanish paprika, chopped cilantro to garnish Grilled bone in NY Strip steak, with sauteed mushrooms and Chinese cold spicy sour cabbage. |

Had Dinner yesterday at the famous Cattlemen’s steakhouse in Fort Worth (it’s now owned by Taylor Sheridan). Had an excellent meal with great service. Shared the 32oz Dry Aged Tomahawk with the friend I was attending the FEI World Cup with sides of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. The Onion Rings were the appetizer (we initially weren’t getting any appetizers until we saw thebig stack of delicious onion rings heading to the next table). Dessert was a Raspberry Crumble

Salad with Italian dressing. Fried okra appetizer. What appears to be bread are actually “croutons”. I tried soaking up the juices with one, but it added nothing to the meal. Washed it all down with a 22 ounce bottle of their unfiltered wheat beer. |
Yummy pizza delivered via iFood from supposedly La Braciera (though, the address listed wasn’t marked as such on Google Maps) - as the menu was only in Portuguese, I’m unsure of what I actually ordered, but this meat-covered monster was really yummy
