Now in addition to Mrs BV prepping for bloodwork, I am prepping for a colonoscopy. Day 4, I grilled Peruvian Coho salmon, blackened and zucchini. Baked sweet potato as well. I will get more restrictive tomorrow. If the tuna salad is gone, I may make another big batch for her. I’ll probably stick to peanut butter on white bread, maybe rice or baked potato without the skin. Blah. I want a hamburger.

At least my restrictions are lifted Wednesday. And I will be gone a night mid-month and both of us are staying at the beach 4 nights at month-end. We will dine at seafood places there and the menu will be a bit broader. I plan to eat a large steak at OKC while she consumes quinoa and chicken at home. |

Yes--your nightmare ends Wednesday...poor Mrs BV. My intense cramming is usually only about 3 weeks. How much longer is her suffering? |
Only a pic of the meats.
My brother and his kids came over for Easter so I did salmon and four tenderloin ends which I wrapped together. Mom cannot really eat steak now, so salmon was for her. https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...2cf048a096.jpg |
