We had dinner at a friend’s house and I thought it would be impolite to take pictures. She made poached salmon with onions and Haitian seasoning (blend of thyme, garlic, scallions, parsley, bell pepper) served with sweet potatoes, carrots and asparagus.

Birria tacos and queso at Tacos del Cartel in New Orleans - I really enjoyed the salsa verde and habanero salsa - very expensive (the place was very “influencer”), but nice to have Mexican

When I was at Sprouts on Tuesday, they had make your own pepperoni pizza kits discounted to $3.50. I threw some onions, olives and Brussels sprouts atop, along with the mixed cheese and some hot sauce. Not bad for $3.50!
